No, Anchorwave complements your MSP, IT Team, or vendor by giving them better visibility. We provide on-site intelligence, documentation, and coordination — not Helpdesk remote IT support or full admin control. We make your MSP more effective, not irrelevant. When your staff isn’t sure who to call, we help break that wall and determine who is best and coordinate while your goal focuses on residents and finding future residents.

When the Access Control Technician stops by and needs access to a certain computer and work on configurations, we’ll be there on-site and and walk them through while your IT Team can handle the important printer/copier or cybersecurity tickets. Then your team will be given active updates on the current process of the issue

During critical outage / impact times, your staff would be less likely on creating tickets and more adept with technology or learn from our on-site training to ensure the issue resolves itself.
